About this series

Substitute teachers are most effective when they study the lesson plan and figure out the best instructional strategies for the day. The Facilitating Instruction series will cover 1) how to read a sub plan, 2) key concepts of curriculum and instruction, 3) implementing a lesson plan, 4) using community building and academic activities to enhance a lesson plan, and 5) when it's necessary, how to implement your own lesson. Happy learning!
